22-04-2020

On March 18, 2019, Me-Tech Wuxi R & D Center was established, which focuses on the design of standard DC/DC, DrMOS and multiphase power system (CPU/GPU/AI power supply, data center, driverless), car gauge DC/DC, Display ICs (TFT bias power IC, OLED power), low voltage/ultra-low resistance/ultra-large current MOSFET and other power management chips and power semiconductor devices, with industry-leading analog circuit design and process development capabilities. The center drives the innovative development of Me-Tech with its technology, to create more reliable, more efficient and more integrated devices and solutions, and to create more value for customers.

In order to implement the "Fengfei Talent Plan", the government of Wuxi High-tech Zone further gathers high-level entrepreneurial talents, cultivates high-tech industry and optimizes the creation of innovative and entrepreneurial environment. The entrepreneurship program for science and technology leading talents includes three categories: top talent team, entrepreneurship leading growth team and entrepreneurship leading talent project. Pioneering talents include overseas returnees and domestic talents, among which, the top talent team includes Nobel Prize winners, academicians at home and abroad, winners of the national top science and technology award and the same level of top talent team; Entrepreneurship leading talents include overseas returnees and domestic leading talents.

"Me-Tech" Wuxi R&D Center is expected to be awarded Wuxi High-tech Zone Technology Leading Talents Entrepreneurship Project. Our CTO Dr. graduated from world-renowned power electronics research center (CPES), taught by Dr. Fred C. Lee, a distinguished NAE member, proficient in all kinds of circuit topologies, power control and magnetic circuit integration, has a solid foundation and creativity in the field of power electronics, has published more than 30 academic papers, with 14 patents, and also participated in and proposed many of the world's first power supply technologies, including multi-phase staggered parallel technology, coupled inductance and integrated magnetic circuit technology, and lossless current sampling technology, which have been widely adopted in the industry successively. In addition, he has given important reports at international academic conferences for more than 10 times and became a member of IEEE Power Electronic Society in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, he was invited by the chief editor of IEEE Power Electronic Society (the world's top professional journal) to serve as a review consultant for the journal.
