On January 15, 2020, the Me-Tech (Shanghai) Micro electronics Co., Ltd. was established in Zizhu National Science Park, Shanghai, known as the "Silicon Valley of the East", and relying on the powerful research strength from School of Microelectronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the company has set up the R&D Center for Protection Devices and Magnetic Devices, and the R&D Center for Semiconductor Materials and Magnetic Materials, as well as the Product Center, the Supply Chain Center, the Audit Center, the Finance Center, the Administrative and Human Resources Center, and the Planning Center.
